PW’s Annual Mission Fund makes possible—in whole or in part—nearly every mission and ministry of Presbyterian Women. Each of us has a role in building a strong financial base for PW, whether as donor, promoter or leader who coordinates giving. Each year, Presbyterian Women heeds Paul’s call to “supply the needs of the saints” through the PW Thank Offering. Originating in 1888, one generous woman, Eliza Clokey of Springfield, Ohio, called upon women to give a “thank offering to her Lord,” and today, we continue to answer that call through the support of the PW Thank Offering. When we come together to pool our money as Presbyterian Women, we can make a much greater impact than we can on our own.
